Contracts I am not a party to:

http://home.bellsouth.net/csbellsouth/s/s.dll?spage=cg/legal/att.htm&leg=tos - From section 5 [Term & Termination] AT&T reserves the right to terminate services if you use the internet connection you buy from the to say anything that "(c) tends to damage the name or reputation of AT&T, or its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries."

AT&T has changed their terms in response to public protest details http://www.networkworld.com/community/node/20460 the link no longer contains the quoted passage

CO:  I think this is a great start to a database about contracts that will provide background for another project.  I like how you picked out the interesting part of the AT&T one -- that is just SO freaky to me, their language.  I would like to hear more hand-picked examples of the weird shit that goes into contracts we never read.  It's almost like a form of surveillance.
