Ian, The corruption aspect of this is very interesting, not simply as a play on words but as a visual manisfestation of event (speeches, lies, dirty deeds etc). Perhaps some avenues you can explore would relate to how corruption varies between cultures...what we see as corrupt, others may see simply as a way to do business (eg: bribes taken by Police officers in many third world countries).
I can't help but see these as large prints on a wall as there is a strong aesthetic to them that cannot be denied. I don't see this as an end to your dialogue, but merely one visual conclusion.
